This requires the home owner to secure sub contractors to handle land clearing, well and septic tank, garages, decks, porches, landscaping and in some cases even pulling their own building permits. As licensed general contractors in both North and South Carolina we can provide qualified sub contractors and oversee the work they do. We also have an experienced, in house, construction crew that handles the completion of the modular home as well as any on site additions such as a garage or porch. If you are from out of town, unfamiliar with home construction or just don’t have the time to oversee your own project, South Bay Developers, Inc. is the right choice for you. On the other hand, if you want us to provide the basic structure only and complete it yourself, we can do that too.
